Ranch Hands – Prayer Walk

If you are a monthly donor – that is, a Ranch Hand, – you have found the right place to sign up and walk the Ranch as we pray over the campus to begin 2024.

Interested? Just fill out this here form, and we will be expecting you. Each person planning to come with you should do a separate online form. Please, and thank you kindly.

But before you go any further, make sure you agree to these “hereby’s and therefore’s”:

1. Introduction: I acknowledge that by signing this document, I am agreeing to release Wears Valley Ranch, Inc., a Tennessee nonprofit corporation, and its employees, agents, officers, directors, volunteers, and related organizations from liability for my/my child’s participation in activities at Wears Valley Ranch as set forth below. I hereby grant permission to Wears Valley Ranch to seek and obtain medical care for me/my child in the event of illness or injury. I also give permission to Wears Valley Ranch to use pictures taken of me/my child during his/her time at the Ranch for brochures, newsletters, video and other publications.
2. Release of Liability: I understand that during my/my child’s time at Wears Valley Ranch, I/he/she may participate in several activities including: volunteer work projects and other strenuous activities taking place at Wears Valley Ranch. All of these activities involve some risk of injury and may require me/my child to assist and depend on the assistance of other participants. Prior to my/my child’s visit to Wears Valley Ranch, I acknowledge that there are certain risks of physical injury or illness associated with these activities. In addition, I understand that there may be other risks associated with these activities of which I may not be presently aware. I also understand that no worker’s compensation insurance exists for any injury I/my child may incur.
3. Hold Harmless: By signing this Release, I expressly assume these risks, whether such risks are known or unknown to me at this time. I also release and agree to hold harmless Wears Valley Ranch and its employees, officers, directors, volunteers and agents from any claim that I may have against them as a result of physical injury or illness to me/my child incurred during my/my child’s visit to Wears Valley Ranch. This release of liability shall include (without limitation) any claims for negligence, misrepresentation or breach of warranty that I may have against Wears Valley Ranch, its employees, officers, directors, volunteers or agents. This release of liability is also intended to cover all claims that members of my/my child’s family or my/my child’s estate, heirs, representatives, or assigns may have against Wears Valley Ranch, its employees, officers, directors, volunteers or agents.

• If signing on behalf of a minor child, I consent I represent that I am the parent/guardian of the registrant who is under 18 years of age. I have read this release and am fully familiar with the contents thereof. In consideration of Wears Valley Ranch, I hereby acknowledge, agree and consent to the foregoing on behalf of myself/my child and agree that this Release form shall be binding upon me, my child, and my child’s parents, heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.

I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE CAREFULLY AND UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO IT.
