Mentors at Wears Valley Ranch
Mentors play a critical role in the development of children at the Ranch. In the process, Mentors often grow tremendously themselves. Mentors spend the summer or a year living in the homes with the children, assisting the Houseparents, tutoring, and leading recreation. It is a mission practicum where you can hone your skills in counseling, teaching, and leading young people as you dig deeply into the Scriptures and apply them in a supportive, Christ-centered setting. Room, board, and a monthly stipend are provided.
