What is the point of all of this?
Several people who attended our most recent graduation service remarked that they wish all their friends could experience what they did. Four young men shared their testimonies, celebrating how they have been blessed and molded, healed and equipped during their time at the Ranch. All this was in the context of a worship service that honors the One who makes all this possible and who meets with us every time we gather in his name.
Those of you who pray for us and who support us with your gifts are instruments providing the ability to continue to care for these children. The week before graduation, a graduate from years ago wrote a note to my wife and me that we will always cherish. He described the Ranch as “the place that shaped and changed my life in ways I could never imagine…..I’m so thankful.”
It takes a team of caring adults to do this work. Houseparents, mentors, teachers, counselors, and all the folks who make it work are drawn here by God’s call. Never forget, you are a vital part of that team. We are counting on you and praying for you.
We are grateful!
Sincerely,
